Swiss Global Relief (SGR) is a Swiss-based international humanitarian relief agency dedicated to alleviating the suffering caused by humanitarian crises. We deliver life-saving assistance to people affected by conflict and natural disasters regardless of age, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or political affiliation.
Founded in 2015, SGR was created in response to the growing need for humanitarian aid around the world, especially in East and Central Africa. Started by a small group of like-minded humanitarians with a passion for relief work, SGR is determined to alleviate the suffering that too many populations endure in crisis situations.
SGR aims to operate in accordance to the newly developed Core Humanitarian Standard.
